PGSQ provide communication services to a wide variety of Queensland businesses. They had a need for a custom made Customer Relationship Management package. A system was built from the ground up to record basic information like leads, prospect, customers and contacts at each of those companies. Additions to the system more specific to PGSQ include a customized module which records their customers spend history and tariff rates on each service in use.

A history of communication is recorded against each person or the company in general. These entries can be flagged as items requiring action and appear on a notification list when the system is opened.

A comprehensive reporting system has been developed to check spend history's by contact, company or service, compare tariffs across a range of companies and services.
