Our school booklist management system is ideal for newsagencies and schools who handle large volume of school booklist orders and back to school products for primary and secondary schools.
This system has proven easy to use for families placing orders as well as booklist suppliers managing products and booklists. For schools, we are working on a uniform module and tuckshop module in 2013.
System includes an ecommerce store to sell printer cartridges, gifts, stationery and other items all year round.
Support provided from Brisbane by phone, email and onsite where possible.
We provide support direct to your clients so you can get on with your day to day activities.
Ordering Features :
Search for a school and grade to view the booklist. Modify quantities as required before adding to cart.
Add multiple students from different schools and grades to one order.
At Checkout : select a delivery option per school, select a payment option (Credit Card, Direct Deposit, Pay in Store, Layby and more available).
Delivery and Payment details are emailed through to the family.
Credit Card payments can be made immediately with a link through to a secure payment portal (Paypal or any Australian bank).
Log in details provided for future ordering.
Option for local business to purchase non booklist products at a discounted price.

Price : $4195 (Inc GST).
This includes set up and installation of the system, access to our support videos, onsite training (where available in Brisbane), ongoing support and updates. A fee of $695 (Inc GST) will be charged per year. This includes technical support, web site hosting, newsagents support, client support and system upgrades. Design customisations and functionality customisations quoted seperately.
